Returns & Refunds

Our standard protocols for product returns, hardware evaluations, and transaction reversals.

14-Day Premium Guarantee

At Home Computers, we configure all workstations with premium testing standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request within **14 calendar days** from the date of delivery.


Return Conditions
  • Workstations, laptops, and peripheral hardware must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Components (RAM, SSDs, Processors) must not show signs of physical damage or overclocking damage.
  • Original seals on software package kits or retail hardware boxes must remain unbroken.

Evaluation & Diagnostics

Once your return shipment is received at our facility, our hardware engineering team will run diagnostic tests to verify the serial numbers and ensure the item matches its dispatched status. This evaluation process takes up to **48 hours**.


Refund Processing

Upon approval of the diagnostic evaluation, your refund will be authorized. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or card gateway) within **3 to 5 business days**, depending on your banking provider.

Note: Customized workstations configured with custom liquid cooling lines or custom engravings may be subject to a 10% restocking fee unless returning due to an verified out-of-box hardware failure.
